                           Our team taken various reading of voltages, current and waveform of LEGACY AND FAMOUS LENOVO G570 MODEL in Normal and Sleep modes along with RAM DATA,SPI BUS AND TP WAVEFORMS. We have used 4-CH DSO, 4 VOLTMERTERS, AN AMPERE-VOLT METER AND A MULTIMETER FOR MEASURING VTT VOLT.

                   WHEN WE PLUG ADAPTER, SUSP# IS LOW BUT SUSP IS HIGH ( USED FOR DISCHARGE POWER RAILS) AND 3VS LOW.AT THAT TIME POWER SWITCH NOT PRESSED.

 

                   AND WHILE POWER ON, SUSP# NOW HIGH to enable various Power rails AND SUSP LOW DISABLING DISCHARGE FUNCTION. NOW 3VS RAMPED TO 3.3VS LEVEL. 3VALW IS CONTINUOSLY AS IS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                  

                          BUT WHEN WINDOWS PROMPTS FOR SLEEP MODE (S3) FOLLOWING READING:

 

 

                   ONLY SYSON WITH ALWAYS SUPPLY IS HIGH BUT VCORE, 3VS,5VS AND VTT OFF SHOWS 0V. VTT 0V MEASURED ON SEPARATE MULTIMETER NOT SHOWN IN PICTURE.PSU AMPERE IS 34mA while ADAPTER 19V PLUGGED.

 

 

 

Normal Mode reading Shows all signals High including VTT,VCORE is 0.73V

 

 

SLEEP MODE VCORE 0V ALONG WITH 3VS 5VS VTT BUT SYSON HIGH
