Found BATFET  PQ500 Short

Replaced with new one, All Ok

OBSERVATIONS  OF A KNOWN MAINBOARD

PSU shows 0.32AMP  while booting justified by  USB Device Initialize If screen-cable not available on test table.

Adapter plug Check PL402  5V,PL401  3.3V, PL500  1V  So ALL  ALW  Supplies Present

NO CMOS Auto Power ON

BATT SM BUS seen Continuously ON ADP PLUG

J6 PAD is ON/OFF# Near Keyboard Connector
